Citrix CHD-100 – Help Desk Support for Citrix XenDesktop 5.6 and XenApp 6.5

In this course you will learn how to install, operate, configure and verify a basic IPv4 and IPv6 network, including configuring a LAN switch, configuring an IP router, connecting to a WAN and identifying basic security threats.

  • View resultant set of policies using policy modeling and view configured policy settings

Prerequisites

Prerequisite
Students need to have:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 environments, Active Directory, and group membership within Active Directory
  • Experience with basic client network connectivity
