COURSE DESCRIPTION

Until now, the topic of change was addressed only on the managers' agenda. Recently, given the complexity and the high degree of unpredictability, there is an increasing need for change to be a responsibility at the level of everyone within the organization, that is, each of us contributes to the smooth running of the transformations we are going through today.

Therefore, a certain mindset is needed that brings flexibility in our thinking, as well as new perspectives on how we can look at the changes we experience.
