Time and workload management

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Today's work environment is often characterized by a increased workload, increasingly varied tasks and competing responsibilities. Thus, it is important to stop from time to time from our activity and analyze the things we have to do.
A key step in this endeavor is to we distinguish between real and apparent emergencies, to be able to properly dose our energy. In addition, some solutions we can use to better manage our time and duties relate only to the rational process by which we analyze and filter tasks, while others require a interpersonal approach for clarifying information, asking for help or setting realistic expectations.
