Managing stress and building resilience

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The biggest challenge in terms of stress is to understand that it is related to the way we perceive our experiences. Moreover, we forget that we have control over how we react.
Learning how to differentiate between our experiences and reactions will give us the freedom to develop healthy ways of tolerating stress, but also to develop a good resistance to challenging situations that we encounter every day. Through this program we aim to develop our ability to "separate" ourselves from stressful situations and acquire techniques to increase resilience and personal well-being.
