Intercultural communication management

COURSE DESCRIPTION
In the global economy we are all part of, we are increasingly connected with people from different cultures. Differences in cultural background and relational preferences can bring us challenges, especially if we allow ourselves to be guided by prejudices and our old habits. Thus, to establish harmonious relations in a culturally diverse environment and to prevent tensions and conflicts, it is necessary to first understand our differences and integrate them into our way of relating and communicating.
As a result, even if the principles of communication remain the same regardless of the cultural background from which our interlocutor comes, they must be adapted to take into account the specificity and cultural implications.
