Creating a psychologically safe environment

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Due to the highly competitive labor market we are in, we often feel a lot of pressure on the image and label we build in the work environment. This makes us rather reserved and sometimes even passive in our attempt not to make mistakes or leave a negative impression. But an avoidant organizational culture is unlikely to generate innovation.

Therefore, this workshop helps leaders acquire the necessary skills to create a framework in which the team they lead feels safe to work, express their opinions, develop and innovate.
