Building an agile mindset

COURSE DESCRIPTION

We all have different mental representations and beliefs; some limit us and prevent us from doing our work, others are useful and enhance our potential. Being aware of all of these and taking appropriate actions to capitalize on the helpful ones and diminish the limiting ones can take a lot of pressure off us and ultimately increase our personal effectiveness as well as the quality of the relationships we have.

The program helps us to understand how individual personality and mentality are formed and to become aware of how our current mindset influences our personal effectiveness.
