Assertive communication based on constructive feedback

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Just as each of us has some motivations that are more prominent than others, we also have different preferences when it comes to communication and relationships. The first step in effective communication and increasing our level of empathy is to adapt to the preferences of the other person we are interacting with so that our message is heard and has the expected impact.
Also, in any type of professional relationship (and not only) it is important to find a constructive way to express our point of view and to position ourselves assertively in communication with others. Therefore, this program is built around instrument DISC, which is a standardized and easy-to-use way to assess behavioral styles; thus, it allows participants to tailor their approach to each other's profile, motivations and preferences.
COURSE AGENDA
- Motivation – Intention – Behavior
- DISC – The 4 main behavioral profiles: Dominant, Influential, Stable, Conscientious (motivations, strengths, exaggerated strengths, barriers and filters in listening)
