Shortly after the announcement of the new structure, Bittnet made two new acquisitions – a majority stake in ERP solutions company Elian Solutions, as well as a significant stake in game-based learning company – Equatorial Gaming. Following the acquisition, the activity Equatorial was integrated into the Education division, while Elian completed the offer of IT integration services by adding ERP solutions to the Dendrio portfolio. In December 2018, Bittnet acquired the IT&C integration activity of Crescendo International SRL, a company with 25 years of experience in Romania and on foreign markets. The current structure a Bittnet Group looks like this:

The learning experience is complemented by unconventional activities and techniques based on gamification (Equatorial).

The year 2017 began under the sign of the anniversary of a decade of existence for our company. On February 22 Bittnet has completed 10 years of activity, and in this interval we reinvented ourselves dozens of times and, above all, we fought to grow within the same framework of values and principles that we had since we started.
Bittnet was included in the Top 1000FT, a list made by the prestigious British financial publication Financial Times, among European companies with the highest growth. Only four other Romanian companies were included in the top, all of them in the IT field.
Obviously, the most special project of 2017 was the acquisition of the GECAD NET company from the Romanian entrepreneur Radu Georgescu. We believe that the IT market must be strengthened, and I have stated this idea numerous times in recent years.
The year 2017 represented the third year of activity as a public company, listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and also the eleventh year of activity, a very important threshold of maturity both for us and for IT entrepreneurship in Romania.
