For the AI ​​SKILLS monthly subscription, the contractual relationship regarding the purchase, withdrawal from the contract, cancellation of the subscription and reimbursement of the amounts paid is carried out with BITTNET TRAINING SRL, unless the user is expressly informed of other applicable contractual conditions.

For requests regarding withdrawal from the contract, cancellation of the subscription, refund of amounts paid or other questions related to this policy, users can contact BITTNET TRAINING SRL by the means detailed in this policy.

1. Who benefits from this policy
1.1. B2C consumers
"Consumer" means any natural person who purchases the subscription for purposes that are not related to their commercial, professional or independent activity.
Consumers benefit from the legal right of withdrawal under the legislation applicable to distance contracts.
1.2. B2B business customers
"Business client" means any legal entity, PFA or other professional who purchases the subscription for professional, commercial purposes or for the conduct of their activity.
For business customers, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply. In the absence of a separate contract or different commercial terms agreed between the parties, the commercial policy set out in section 12 applies.

2. What does the subscription include?
The monthly subscription provides online access to the functionalities of the AI ​​SKILLS platform and to digital content available on the platform, such as courses, materials, tests, educational resources, digital library and other similar materials.
The subscription is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of access activation, respectively from the confirmation of the order and/or payment, as applicable.
The subscription may be automatically renewed according to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase and/or in the user's account.

3. Legal right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, without specifying the reason and without incurring any costs other than those expressly provided for by law.
In the case of the AI ​​SKILLS subscription, the contract is considered concluded on the date of order confirmation sent to the consumer by email or other durable medium.
For the avoidance of doubt, Bittnet Training SRL grants consumers a full refund for the monthly subscription if the withdrawal request is submitted within the legal period of 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, regardless of whether or not the user has accessed the platform or the digital content available in the subscription.

4. Enabling access to the platform
Access to the AI ​​SKILLS platform is activated immediately after payment confirmation, so that the user can benefit from the subscription without delay.
Immediate activation of access does not limit the consumer's legal right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, according to this policy.
Bittnet Training SRL does not condition the refund granted to consumers in the first 14 days on the level of use of the platform or access to digital content.

5. When is a refund granted to consumers?
5.1. Full refund within the first 14 days
The consumer benefits from a full refund if the withdrawal request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The full refund applies to the payment for the monthly subscription covered by the withdrawal request.
It is not necessary for the user to specify the reason for withdrawal.
5.2. After the 14-day period has expired
After the expiry of the legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days, the amounts paid for the current subscription period are not refunded, except in cases where Bittnet Training SRL decides to grant a commercial refund or if applicable legislation provides otherwise.
The user may request cancellation of the subscription for future periods, in which case access remains active until the end of the period already paid, except in situations where the account is suspended or deactivated as a result of a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Canceling the subscription does not automatically result in the reimbursement of amounts previously paid, except as expressly provided for in this policy or by applicable law.
5.3. Recurring payments and renewals
If the subscription is automatically renewed, the user may request cancellation of the renewal for future periods, according to the options available in the account or by contacting Bittnet Training srl.
For recurring payments already made, the consumer may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the respective payment, under the terms of this policy.
After the 14-day period for a recurring payment has expired, the amount paid for that period is not refunded, and the cancellation will take effect for the next subscription period.

6. Withdrawal from the contract and cancellation of the subscription
Withdrawal from the contract and cancellation of the subscription are distinct operations.
Withdrawal from the contract represents the exercise of the consumer's legal right to terminate the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of its conclusion and to request reimbursement of the amount paid, according to this policy.
Subscription cancellation means stopping the renewal of the subscription for future periods. Subscription cancellation does not automatically imply withdrawal from the contract and does not automatically imply the reimbursement of amounts already paid, except as provided for in this policy or by applicable law.
If a request submitted by the user is unclear, Bittnet Training SRL will interpret it reasonably, taking into account the content of the request, the date of transmission and the consumer's legal rights.

7. Ways to request withdrawal, cancellation or refund
The consumer may request withdrawal from the contract, cancellation of the subscription and/or reimbursement of the amounts paid through one of the methods below.
7.1. By email
The consumer can submit a request to the address: aiskills@bittnet.ro
The request must include, to the extent that this information is available:
• full name;
• the email address associated with the AI ​​SKILLS account;
• payment date;
• transaction or order number;
• a clear statement that they are requesting withdrawal from the contract, cancellation of the subscription and/or refund.
The consumer may use any clear wording that reflects his decision to withdraw from the contract.
7.2. Through the user account
If the platform provides subscription management options, the user can request cancellation of the subscription or, as the case may be, withdrawal from the contract from the AI ​​SKILLS account, in the section dedicated to the subscription and payment details.
The name, positioning and availability of functionalities in the account may vary depending on the technical configuration of the platform.
7.3. Online withdrawal function
For contracts concluded through an online interface, Bittnet Training SRL will make available to consumers, in accordance with applicable legislation, an online function dedicated to exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract.
The online withdrawal function will allow the consumer to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract in a clear, easily accessible and available manner within the online interface used for concluding the contract.
The online withdrawal function may be available, for example, in the user account, in the area dedicated to subscription, orders or payment details, under a clear name such as:
"Withdrawal from the contract",
"Request withdrawal from the contract" or
"Withdrawal from the contract and request for refund".
Through the online withdrawal function, the consumer may be asked for the information necessary to identify the contract and process the request, such as:
• the consumer's name;
• the email address associated with the account;
• the subscription or order in question;
• payment date or transaction number, if available;
• the electronic method by which he wishes to receive confirmation of the request.
After completing the necessary information, the consumer will be able to confirm the submission of the withdrawal request through a clear action, such as:
"I confirm withdrawal from the contract."
After submitting the application through the online function, Bittnet Training SRL will confirm receipt of the request without undue delay, by email or other durable medium.
The online withdrawal function does not limit the consumer's right to send a declaration of withdrawal by e-mail or by any other means permitted by law, if the declaration clearly indicates the decision to withdraw from the contract.

8. Situations in which the refund may be refused
Bittnet Training SRL may refuse a refund request if:
• the request is submitted after the expiry of the legal deadline of 14 calendar days, except in cases where Bittnet Training The LLC decides to grant a commercial refund;
• the request concerns a subscription period that has already expired;
• the request presents objective indications of fraud, unauthorized use, multiple accounts created to circumvent the policy, unauthorized sharing of access, or violations of the platform's Terms and Conditions;
• the user has violated the platform's rules of use, including through unauthorized distribution of content or access data.
Refusal of a refund on grounds of fraud or misuse does not limit the consumer's legal rights.

9. Free trial period
If the user benefits from a free trial period and subsequently purchases a paid subscription, the legal withdrawal period of 14 days is calculated from the date of conclusion of the contract for the paid subscription.
Accessing the platform or content during the free trial period does not affect the right of withdrawal related to the paid subscription.
If the user does not wish to continue the subscription after the trial period, he/she must cancel the subscription before the first payment, according to the instructions available on the platform or by contacting Bittnet Training srl.

10. Confirmation of receipt of the application and verification of the application
Bittnet Training SRL confirms receipt of the withdrawal request without undue delay, by email or other durable medium.
The request can be verified based on available information, including:
• date of conclusion of the contract;
• subscription activation date;
• payment date;
• date of withdrawal request;
• transaction data;
• information associated with the user account;
• any indications of fraud, unauthorized use or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Bittnet Training SRL does not condition the refund granted to consumers in the first 14 days on the analysis of the consumption level of digital content.

11. Reimbursement term and method
The reimbursement of the amounts due shall be made without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which Bittnet Training SRL is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
The refund is made through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the consumer expressly accepts another refund method.
The consumer is not charged any fees for reimbursement.
If the refund cannot be processed via the original payment method for reasons beyond our control, Bittnet Training SRL, the user may be asked to indicate an alternative reimbursement method.

Payment and refund processing
Card payments are processed through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Card details are collected directly by Stripe and are not stored on their servers. Bittnet Training SRL. Stripe acts as an independent data controller, according to its own Privacy Policy available at stripe.com/privacy .

12. Effects of withdrawal on access
After receiving a valid withdrawal request and/or after approving the refund, Bittnet Training SRL may suspend or disable the user's access to the subscription, platform and related content.
In case of cancellation of the subscription without refund, access may remain active until the end of the period already paid, except in cases of fraud, unauthorized use or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Account data, usage history, and transaction information may be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy, tax laws, accounting obligations, and other applicable legal requirements.
Withdrawal from the contract does not affect the rights and obligations arising prior to the date of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Policy for B2B business customers
The legal right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to business customers.
In the absence of a separate contract or different commercial terms agreed between the parties, Bittnet Training SRL may grant, as a standard commercial policy, a full or partial refund within the first 7 calendar days from payment, analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
Bittnet Training SRL reserves the right to refuse B2B refund requests in case of misuse, fraud, unauthorized account sharing, multiple accounts created to circumvent the policy or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
This section does not apply where there is a separate contract between the parties, in which case the agreed contractual terms apply.

Bittnet Training SRL not currently participating to an ADR procedure before an accredited entity. Consumers can independently use the above-mentioned bodies.

15. Policy change
Bittnet Training SRL may periodically update this policy to reflect legislative, commercial, technical or operational changes.
The applicable version is the one available on the platform at the date of subscription purchase, except in situations where subsequent changes are required by law or are more favorable to the user.
