In this course you will learn how to navigate and use the Ribbon interface. You will also learn how to use the Designer, explore changes to the actions and conditions of workflows and learn to build external content types and modify out-of-the-box workflows.

In this module we are going to take a look at some of the major changes between SharePoint Designer 2007 and SharePoint Designer 2010.
