Citrix CXD 300 – Deploying App and Desktop Solutions with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.6

In this 5 day course you will learn how to deploy a Citrix hosted application and desktop virtualization solution for Windows Server 2012 R2. You will also discuss topics that cover various Citrix components such as: XenServer, XenDesktop, Citrix License Server, MCS, PVS, Pensional vDisk, StoreFront, NetScaler and Citrix Receiver. The course will provide you with the required knowledge and skills to build a XenDesktop 7.6, test the implementation to see that all components are functional and that both internal and external users can access XenDesktop resources.

Prerequisites

Prerequisite
Students need to have:

  • An understanding of server, desktop and application virtualization concepts
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2012 R2, specifically: Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) o Domain Name System (DNS), Performance Monitoring, Group Policy Objects, Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

Completion of the following course or can demonstrate equivalent knowledge:
